Supporting Local Families with New Toys Since 1959
The Arapahoe Santa Claus Shop has been serving families in the Englewood, Sheridan, and Littleton communities for more than 65 years. What began in 1959 as a small effort to provide holiday gifts for families in need has grown into a community-supported tradition that now serves more than 1,000 children each year. Thanks to generous donors, volunteers, and local partners, families can shop for gifts in a welcoming and dignified environment during the holiday season.
How the Arapahoe Santa Claus Shop Works
Families with children ages infant through 10 years old who live or attend school within the Littleton, Sheridan, and Englewood school district boundaries may register for the Santa Shop. Families are verified and confirmed prior to shopping days.
Ways You Can Support the Santa Shop
The Arapahoe Santa Claus Shop is made possible through the generosity of individuals, businesses, volunteers, and community partners. There are many ways to get involved:
- Host a toy drop-off bin or organize a toy drive
- Volunteer to sort toys or help during shopping days
- Sponsor a department or support stocking stuffer events
- Donate toys, books, bicycles, or monetary gifts
- Help connect us with businesses and community supporters
